since I don’t know that evil bastard, my only evidence is that Bush SAYS he reads (and follows) the bible. But of course, he’s lied about the reason for the war, that Saddam was involved in 9/11, and just about everything eles, he may be lying about that also.
What evidence do you have that Bush reads the bible?
Reading over and over again how god smote Sodom and Gomorrah doesn’t count though.
No one could have said better!
Very good argument!!
I agree. GREAT DEPRESSION version 2.0
When I tell my friends and family this they call me paranoid, and say I’m looking to “prove something”.
How can we be sure this is what’s really going to happen?

yea like reading the fuck*ng bible’s gonna help ANYBODY
Bush reads the bible- that really helped the US, didn’t it?
yea, read the Bible.
2009 = GREAT DEPRESSION.
Get ready to lose your job, house, and car.
this is exactly what happened with ltcm in the early 90s..the model couldnt predict the unthinkable..we are in very deep ….the system cannot predict the extremes that governments will do to avoid this..two unknown extremes meeting head on in the dark…hold on folks…
smart man…too bad people want to dismiss him..and now we will pay the price
Not to take anything away from these two but in my opinion the global financial/economic system should not be viewed as a complex system like our atmospheric weather.
The global system actually behaves like our atmospheric weather which is unpredictable due to our lack of knowledge on such complex systems. This misses the point because the environment is guided by a cartel of international institutions which fundamentally guide the international system.
Excellent. I’m a regular viewer of the Newhour but missed this segment. Thanks for posting.
i dont even vote, still most of em really are greedy useless bastards i never met.
paradox?

I find him annoying also. I think his approach is to act like the ignorant “everyman” so that everyone can “get it”
In my opinion, it’s the wrong attitude, but if it gets the message across to the uneducated adults, well…
the interviewer talks to them like they are children, and finishes their sentences.. he’s terrible.

That’s what every single person who supports war says about the “enemy” (whomever it may be at the time)
btw spook there are no innocent civilians only greedy and useless bastards i never met.
when i see fucking assholes on tv worry about the economy i just want the world to end!
fuck money! its the source of all misery
including mine. I hate money and the
terror and desperation it brings even cops are a side effect of money and its protection!
fuck money! fuck the world!
dont give a shit who the president is dont give shit what happens to the world anymore and the rainy weather reflects the way i feel about life and human beings! theyre greedy wallstreet supporting pigs and they all suck. And someday well all be washed away! hopelessness in war hopelessness in peace might as well do nothing.
spooky: if i went after the people responsible i would have to go after every known president alive and dead technicaly, but i wouldnt bother i dont have the will or the energy its always the same hopeless story and idealism i dont watch tv at all anymore, not even the news, and i listen only to songs with no lyrics, i cant take the idealistic messages anymore and the hopeless stories, and i cant live wihtout hope. A booming economy does not give me hope it just makes my life worst.

I understand the anger, but remember, not everyone in the US voted for those warmongering bastards, just like most people in Iraq are decent and never harmed anyone in their lives and don’t deserve ANY of the misery this unjust, immoral war has caused.
Go after the war pigs, not the innocent civilians
oh gee! oh my! put your super hero suit on quick
super vilain rather
whatever
A strong economy is just wallstreets rising stocks blowing the costs of life out of proportion to salaries for all medium and low income workers so that mass societal poverty and slavery can occur, but you economy lovers seem to like the thought of the rich enslaving and severely mistreating the poor like the merciless dipshits you are.
you deserve economic collapse for being warmonging idealistic dictators and societal misery makers
We totally deserve economic collapse though for allowing the unconstitutional Federal Reserve private bank run everything for the past century, and also to allow the IRS to steal our wealth to fund the Fed’s interest on the debt. We allowed the wolf to guard the pig pen, well what did we expect?
