this guy will one day become president of america……..thats his destiny

  2. TheAdoniConnection says:

Excellent information. I have depression and insomnia. I see a million reasons for them from this source and that source, but THIS information makes a ton of sense in comparison to many other things I’ve heard.

I’m into health and I’m about to do the Master Cleanse at the first of the year. I’m really hoping to see improvement in alot of areas, incuding my depression and insomnia.
My condition comes from my dad’s side of the family, but I’m still interested in trying things. Thank so much!

Thanks a lot for the videos mate, great info…I’m all for prosperity through prevention, but it’s hard to wade through all the bullshit these days, you never know how low some of these corporations will go to make a buck

  4. ZGangsta says:

This is due in large part to what you were talking about in your culture vid on “convenience”. Its a lot more convenient and easier to prescribe a pill than to work physically and emotionally on a problem. There is no way all these kids nowadays are ADHD and ADD.

case, or I wasnt suffering from postpartum and it was something else. (although I highly doubt it, given the time, symptoms, and magnitude)point is that its good to have options, because I would be spending lots of money I dont have on pills that would make me dependent on it and give me side effects on top of it all. Im thankful for people like this guy. ;)

  6. erfreaka25 says:

telling people about a possible reason for their depression is all he did. Im just recently suffering from postpartum due to a miscarrige- wasnt far along and am not suffering b/c I wanted a child- the whole ordeal f’d with my hormones BIG time. anyhow, having suicidal thoughts is enough to get one put on meds for a long time. guess what seems to be working out the best for me- taking vitamins and iron. dont want to get all tom cruise about it, but its doing wonders for me. maybe its an isolated

    Another greatly helpful video. :)

    Great point.

  10. CezarLenox says:

    Thats easy UGW…
Some people actually believe that the pharmaceuticals and doctors of medicine actually have their best interest at heart. They have never watched Sicko.

Your level of “formal” education does not determine how much knowledge you actually possess. Some of our country’s finest business leaders only have a high school education (i.e. David Murdoch, North Carolina Millionaire). And some of our worst leaders of all time studied at Ivy League institutions (i.e. George W. Bush, Yale).

  11. ssnatcherss says:

Because you have facial hair? :/

  12. UndergroundWellness says:

Funny. There are tons of videos on YouTube about depression. I’m the only one getting called out time and time again about my education. Wonder why that is? Hmmmm….

  13. UndergroundWellness says:

You’re hearing things. When did I ever say people don’t need their meds? Did you not see the question mark in the title? The video is about seeking out the root cause of depression. It has nothing to do with not taking meds.

I’m very well educated. Then again, you don’t have to have a medical degree to pick up a few books and explore a condition. Take charge of your own health and do your own research. If not, the docs will keep dishing out pills without objection.

  14. tnesty says:

lol. Most all chemicals needed for the body to function come from essential amino acids and lipids. Don’t generalize because you didn’t need a certain drug because there are many people with chemical deficiencies that are not caused by dietary deficiencies. You are not a doctor and telling people they don’t need their medication is retarded. What is your educational background?

  15. Flamie12 says:

I have both, AND a gut.
    Interesting, keep it up.

  16. goatboyjnr says:

kefir is very good, it’s a culture you ferment yourself in raw milk, it is the best probiotic you can use, been used by people around the world for hundereds of years, it’s an excellent source of tryptophan and the probiotic cultures will improve digestion greatly and the good cultures gradually crowed out the bad ones (candida etc). it’s best to get the culture that looks like slimey cauliflour than sachets as the original culture will last your whole life if looked after correctly, under £10.

    you’re amazing! =D

  18. djvideo0 says:

Good Info, thanks for sharing Sean.

  19. DOCTOROFMINDMD says:

    nice vid I like it…..

  20. EasyHardLivin says:

The world is wrong. That is the quote I always say now days. Celebreties marketing poisonous drinks, food industries lying about hormones in animals, credit card companies telling us how to live our lives by consuming everything that we don’t need only to be fooled by consuming that cheap bag of top ramen since that is all we can afford. This kinda stuff makes me sick, and even though I eat healthy for the most part, it’s the way the world goes that makes me mad! Why Sean, WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  21. EasyHardLivin says:

It’s good to see people finally agreeing with what you say, instead of a lot of haters talking their mouth up their ——. I totally agree with this. It’s like after I eat good for a week or so, even less than a week, I feel better, think better, and remember better. When I start eating processed stuff, everything falls down.

  22. MonicaLewandowski says:

I had heartburn for the first time in like 2 years after thanksgiving, it was horrible, I don’t know how people can live with that pain and to think it is all dietary and can be prevented. I drank some apple cider vinegar with honey in water and my tummy felt much better! As always, your on top of it with this stuff, appreciate it.

  23. MUSTSEEVID says:

is that why i feel good after i take a # 2. this is so great. thanks for the advice. or rather thanks for education.

  24. Nicsaprincess says:
